WE WANT TO KNOW... In 2006, the Philomath Downtown Association surveyed 15 businesses to see what the concerns for business development issues might be. Among the top targeted comments:
1. Lack of attractiveness
2. A poor variety of services
3. Philomath is clean and safe
4. Philomath is Friendly

 Flower Baskets - A Beautiful Addition!
Brought to you in coordination with the Philomath Downtown Association This is our first year for the flower baskets, beautifying our downtown corridor with bursting color. We recently received a nice email that stated, "The flower baskets are beautiful! And when I noticed the added touch of the letter 'P' on the hangers I was impressed at the added touch...Thanks for adding them to the city in the summer!" The flower basket are being kept in such beautiful shape because of some special tender loving care they receive.  | NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL TLC! |  |
This is just one of many PDA projects underway to beautify and re-vitalize our downtown. |

Business Directional Signage |

| Philomath Downtown Association Permanent Business Directional Signage
|
This project calls for having a business directional sign made and mounted onto the PDA Business Sign posts. The signs will be 6” x 30” with white reflective background and black lettering. Standard signs without logo will all have the same lettering style. Businesses may include their logo, at no additional cost, on their sign.
The signs will be ordered through, and maintained by, Philomath Downtown Association (PDA). The initial cost for each sign (6” x 30”) will be $150, payable at the time the order is placed. PDA will also be responsible for the mounting of the signs, which will be strategically placed on Main and Applegate Streets within the City of Philomath’s right of way.
